My research includes reading over a hundred forum-posts a day for over four years, and still going. I also read on the Internet: various doctor reports, official scientific research, various other reports written by individuals of different backgrounds, and YouTube videos. I started seeing a unifying theme amongst my research. For example, individuals on the MS forums had the same exact symptoms as those on the Lyme disease forums. As a matter of fact, many on the MS forums would pop-up and say "Good-bye, I am leaving now, since I just found out that I have had Lyme all these years, and so now I am going to the Lyme forums." I saw that type of post very frequently. On the Lyme forums, I saw that they were doing very similar treatments to those on the autism forums. I then sought out other mental, developmental, and auto-immune diagnoses and their symptoms, treatments, and possible causes. I was very shocked. What I saw was an unmistakable connection of pleomorphic bacteria. Many pathogens and toxins were involved, but the root cause or common denominator was pleomorphic bacteria. The pleomorphic bacteria seem to have a root cause of Brucella. They are Lyme (Borrelia), Syphilis, Bartonella, and Mycoplasma. Many doctors were saying that nearly all of their patients with autism were testing positive for one or more of these. I was quite sold because this made sense. Individuals with autism were reportedly testing positive for all kinds of pathogens (HHV-6, borna virus, Chlamydia pneumonia, Streptococcus, yeast, fungi, Cytomegalovirus, Epstein Barr virus, Clostridia Difficile, etc.). Almost all of these are opportunistic pathogens, in that they only cause troubling infections if one has suppressed immunity. Well, it just so happens that many on the forums, as well as doctor reports, were reporting immune dysfunction, such as with their CD 57 t-cells. There were many other various abnormal levels of white blood cells, either too low or too high. What makes pleomorphic bacteria stand out, is that it can cause immune suppression, leading also to these opportunistic infections. Note that HHV-6, HTLV-1, HIV, and mercury also reportedly cause immune suppression. (There is a new finding about another possible immune-suppressing virus, XMRV or HGRV.) I am sure many of you notice that our children have chronic symptoms, like digestion and allergies and maybe yeast, ring-worm, and ear infections. But, acute infections, like a fever with a three-day flu, which are typically seen amongst healthy children -- are not often seen in children with autism diagnoses. Basically, the part of the immune system that reacts to flus and viruses, like the TH 1 area of the immune system, seems to be deficient. Thus, their immune systems appear too weak to show a response to germs, such as the typical extra mucous, fever, fatigue, etc. one has when their body is fighting germs. In addition, the area of the immune system that targets intracellular pathogens is also reportedly deficient. This is why they have various intracellular infections. This deficient immune situation is likely caused by pleomorphic bacteria, viruses, and toxins.
I also learned that many so-called "unknown cause" diagnoses were also being linked to these pleomorphic bacteria and viruses. There were reports that people with chronic fatigue have infections from Mycoplasma Fermentens, XMRV, and HHV-6; people with MS have Lyme; people with schizophrenia have Lyme or Syphilis; people with Bipolar have Lyme; people with OCD have Bartonella, etc. The same goes for ALS, Lupus, Crohns, etc. There were many reports that it was unknown what causes such diagnoses, but then there were other reports that said that such diagnoses do have a cause and that people were being successfully treated. The treatments were very similar and long-term. Antibacterials, either herbal, homeopathic, or prescription used for years were what people were saying was making them well. To my horror, and I still get chills thinking about it, I consistently find numerous reports of doctors getting into trouble for insignificant reasons if they treat for Lyme. It is such a significant and pervasive problem, that all of the Lyme forums I went to, forbid you to mention doctors' names to protect them from prosecution. This scenario is quite shocking. I hear there are books out about it.
The aforementioned various diagnoses appear to be related to autism. Every time I searched out an idea on the cause of autism, the trail always lead to pleomorphic bacteria. Apparently, the parents are carriers who either appear to be healthy or are ill themselves with diagnoses such as Chronic Fatigue or arthritis, and the baby is infected in the womb. As with children with AIDS (pleomorphic virus) do well until around age 1 or 2, so do those with autism. Many show symptoms around age 1 or 2. Of course there are variances, but the similarities are what strike me. So, how did we all get these pleomorphic bacteria? It appears that testing is generally inadequate, there is a denial that they are prevalent, and immune-suppressing viruses and toxins appear to make us more susceptible to being unable to fight-off these bacteria. I assure you that in your research to confirm what I am saying, you will find conflicting reports. For example, concerning Lyme, some reports say that you only get it from ticks, and that you only need to treat it for a month to rid it. And then there are other reports that say most who get Lyme have no memory of a tick bite, nor have any idea how they got it. To add to this, many Lyme experts and many patients on the Lyme forums, say that Lyme takes years to get under control, and relapse is always likely. Thus, when you do your research to figure out whether any of what I am saying is true, remember to look at many different forums and websites and even YouTube videos. There are even YouTube videos of famous doctors and scientists with prestigious credentials.
I don't want to leave out toxins as if they are not a part of this problem, because they definitely appear to be. Many on the forums report that their children secrete gobs of heavy metals when they treat for pathogens. So, there definitely appears to be a strong connection between pathogens and toxins. I have seen reports that it is believed that Lyme uses heavy metals to coat itself in a biofilm which is one of the ways it hides from our immune system. I have also read reports that disease is a combination of pathogens and toxins, in that they both exist together to cause the symptoms. For example, Alzheimer's is reportedly Lyme or syphilis and aluminum and mercury. It appears that it's the combination of these that are the basis of Alzheimer's. Now, not all sites found on this Internet will say that, but some do. One has to pick and choose what to believe.
If one were to look up either aluminum or mercury or even another heavy metal, it would be easy to learn how they can cause disabling symptoms. But, let's also remember to include the various other toxins: molds, pesticides, plastic out-gassing, building material out-gassing, fire retardants on clothing, car exhaust, etc. Plus, some doctors are saying that our food is toxic, saying GMO's, aspartame, dioxin, MSG, etc. are toxic. Did you know that almost every processed food has MSG, and often the food label will say natural flavoring instead of MSG? You can find this information just a Google away.
The aforementioned toxins are everywhere, from baby formula to furniture, but don't panic. There are baby formulas with labels that proclaim that they do not contain these toxins; plus, you can buy natural fabrics and furniture. The organic selections in our grocery stores are also continually increasing.
